If only there was some group of people — maybe even duly elected — who could determine rules — we’ll call them statutes — and decided who is responsible for what. Or, who has the authority, as it were, to legitimately act.

I feel this but I just wanna say that my students and my kids who are the same age are all curious, engaged, and, as they put it, locked in. Despite all that’s been thrown at them. The kids are alright.
