Un bon livre sur l’origine de la Ve République, basé sur la thèse de doctorat de l’auteur. Bien documenté et bien écrit, il dresse un portrait clair des rapports entre de Gaulle et les officiers d’extrême-droite. J’ai regretté l’absence presque totale du point de vue des Algériens.

I’d be curious to know how the rediscovery of partimenti has affected research agendas. This anecdote in Gjerdingen’s review of Sanguinetti’s book in 2013 makes me suspect that a lot must have happened since then.

Ce soir j’ai assisté à un événement littéraire en arabe dans une petite librairie parisienne. ☺️ Le public s’y est entassé. L’écrivain invité a lu une nouvelle à haute voix et ensuite tout le monde en a discuté. Très bonne ambiance. Il y a donc un public en France pour ce genre d’événement.
