I have also been wondering why biscoff is suddenly everywhere. They are dry, mediocre cookies.
Like, I would eat em if they were in front of me, but I would almost always choose some other cookie given the choice.
I think I even saw a biscoff spread (like nutella; but biscoff somehow) like, wtf?
