When Russia heavily censors Twitter, Rubio is perfectly okay with that. When the EU levies a fine against Twitter for deceptive advertising and fraudulent content because they allow marketing by fake Twitter accounts that scam Twitter consumers, Rubio goes through the roof— who calls the shots here?
