I get it and it’s a valid strategy but I do think it underestimates the power of pressure and the psychological difference for the defence defending a 2PC then compared to defending one to decide the game after they’d have had to have given up two pretty quick TDs

In a just world, there would be some kind of punishment for overseeing a government budget surplus while record numbers of people, including record numbers of children, in the state are homeless.
Instead, those responsible are rewarded with lucrative jobs in the US at places like the World Bank

Honestly a big part of why I stopped playing was it had gotten so complicated so maybe I’ll just find the whole thing to overwhelming

Yeah the announcement of them adding the women’s game is what’s got me thinking about it the last while but as you say, the reviews stink. But I’ve also not played any FM game in about 15 years at this point so I imagine a lot of those flaws might go over my head

I’ll basically do what I always do, which is an overpowered run through with Arsenal where we aim to take down God until I get bored and take over the worst ranked team I can find, where I’ll try to eventually win the Champions League by investing all my transfer funds into the youth team

I’d like to do women’s campaigns in the soccer games but no clue how expansive they actually are like that. FC26 sounds like it’s still pretty light on that front with no domestic cup competitions and a few big leagues still missing in both (but Football Manager somehow have the Welsh league)

With whats going on in America right now, participating and celebrating an explicitly nationalist performance like that is aligning yourself with the state that’s carrying out the evildoing
