especially as a first impression to your company/product?? like, I genuinely considered going and cancelling my order after getting these, and it's definitely going to end up being a factor on if I keep the product/buy more. a product has to be REALLY good to get me to put up with bullshit like this

and look, I get it!! they're pretty and fun, and I used to really like going to see them. but my fleeting enjoyment is not more important than the comfort and safety of my family, my friends, and my community. I'd rather spend the day with people I love than see half and hour of loud sky glitter.
