This is the traditional prototype before scanning and editing. I find it easier/faster to bang a concept out when I can't fret over the small stuff, which for me a purely digital process kind of facilitates

Salmon is still my favorite taste and texture wise, you can't beat the marbling and butteriness. Mackerel is good for breaking up the texture curse that happens after 30. I don't even order tuna mostly, the quality falls off insanely at cheaper restaurants. Escolar is also my goat, it's so pretty!!

My new record is 47, up from 44 🎊 I am developing the mackerel and ice cream tek (order more mackerel than usual, break things up halfway with green tea ice cream)
