After the first 5 months of applying and constantly getting rejected with senseless excuses from white managers and HR professionals (and in all that time, I was never interviewed by people of colour), I decided to cut my locs, and guess what, I finally got the next job I applied for. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Yeah, it sucks! Before getting the job I have now, it took me 6 months of applying, and more than 30 interviews. Crazy thing is, I am a highly educated Black man, with a very good CV that I carefully built since I knew my skin colour already puts me at a disadvantage in white western labour markets.

White people will interview you, smile and laugh in your face, and then ghost you. Some will end interview processes just cos you asked questions about how inclusive and healthy the working environment is, or cos your very confident Black self made them uncomfortable. It's so mentally draining! 😭

My best friend got so pissed cos the reason why he doesn't have locs yet is exactly the same as mine. As a Black person, there's nothing more traumatising than applying for jobs in white western countries. The racism, micro-agressions, and all kinds of toxic behaviour from white folks is exhausting!

Every single job interview I'm gonna sit in, is with white Dutch people, especially white women who suffer from conscious and unconscious racism. I'd rather bring back my locs when I am settled at my job, and have signed my permanent contract. Unfortunately, my locs will have to wait for a while."

If my white Dutch managers and HR professionals don't give me a permanent contract, then imma need to start job hunting again. And I don't wanna do that in white country Netherlands with locs. I don't wanna put myself at a disadvantage with white recruiters, HR professionals, managers, etc.

And when you think you've seen and heard enough, you find out there's also "maga communists" and "national bolsheviks", both of which are literal nazis, because imperialist and white supremacist white folks will co-opt anything! Bruh! Fuck white people, man! Fuck all of them!!

Trotskyists, especially the privileged white western ones, will sit in their posh liberal democracies, and open their stupid mouths to criticise anti capitalist/imperialist struggles in nonwestern countries. Because, if anti capitalist struggles aren't done the Trotskyist way, then they're wrong.

Trotskyists, on the other hand, keep EAGERLY parroting cia propaganda. For some reason unknown to me, their so-called Trotskyist "marxism" seems to be extremely hostile to BIPOC, and other Marxists who aren't white and/or western, especially in nonwestern countries like China, Cuba, the DPRK, etc.

For some crazy reason totally unknown to me, western socdems and demsocs also really hate actual existing Socialist States. They seem to really hate countries like Cuba, China, DPRK, etc. How the hell are you a "Socialist" but wouldn't stand in solidarity with victims of western imperialism? How?!!

socdems and demsocs aren't interested in working class people owning the means of production (i.e. working class people not working for peanut wages, but getting a share of company profits, and also sitting on company boards and having major controlling power). No, they just want tiny concessions.

demsocs and socdems say that capitalism isn't the problem. The "problem" is that the proceeds from capitalist exploitation and imperialism, aren't being used for "affordable" healthcare and housing. And to achieve this, they are quite happy to team up with literal blackwater nazi mercenaries.

So it's important that Black Marxists also discuss race while discussing capitalism, cos the way capitalism affects us is different from white people.

I don't like Trotskyists, or want them being anywhere around me. And personally, I think they can all fuck off! And yes, that includes Fiona Fali. 🙂

Well, yes, race is a fucking distraction used by the ruling class, and guess who keeps falling for that distraction?! White people! White people keep falling for the lies from the white capitalist ruling class, and keep making racist decisions that are killing working class BIPOC every damn day!

Fucking Trotskyists are basically like liberals who just dislike capitalism, and claim to be "Marxists". They're always very hostile to nonwestern Marxists. They're the kinda Marxists who don't want Black folks talking about race, "because race is a distraction tactic used by the ruling class."

This is because capitalism affects Black folks differently from the way it affects white folks, and as such, if ever capitalism will end up getting dismantled, it will mostly be because of revolutionary praxis from Black folks. In her RSP video, she was criticising a book written by a Black Marxist, who stated that there is a HUGE difference between working class Black folks, and working class white folks. Fiona Fali disagreed. The writer also stated that Black folks are more revolutionary than white folks.
