Doing a trial run of the Chrimbo ham!
Using bits out of the freezer and fridge for dinner. Frozen chicken breast, roasted veg and a slightly wilted rocket salad with balsamic vinegar dressing. A dollop of cranberry sauce from the bottom of a jar too. It'll be on all the Michelin restaurant menus next week!

It's cheeseburger night! This is the child's, we adults had chips too, he doesn't like potatoes of any kind, I fear he is the fairy folk. They may revoke his passport, the spud hater.

If you are in your v late 30s to roughly 50, and you ever went out with your family as a kid to Joel's and/or the West County Hotel in West Dublin you'll be familiar with the concept of 'the Mixed Grill'. Sausage, rasher, lamb chop, egg, tomato, mushrooms, potato. What else used to be on it?

Saturday night is Wrap Night in our house. All the stuff is laid out and you choose what you want in it. And then there's fruit on the side. Our young lad loves it.

Everything in the fridge was going out of date today so mahoosive dinner of garlicky pork chops, roasted tomatoes, baby potatoes and (quite limp) broccoli! Does the job.

Sometimes you just really need an enormous feckin dinner! Pork chops in garlic butter with sautéed apple, roast baby potatoes, apple sauce and a salad. Not too shabby! #Dinner #Ireland #speirgorm

My husband runs a Brick Week in his school every July and there's activities, competitions, quizzes, building opportunities etc. Also he does an exhibition of a major item he makes himself from scratch. This year it's a football stadium! So this is my sitting room until July! Looking good so far!

I had yogurt and cream cheese going out of date as well as (almost) the last of the Christmas chocolate so I made faux cheesecake style desserts - also using those useless ramekins we all have knocking around the press!

I always wonder what these people are so 'concerned' about, like their actual concerns? Beyond frothing at the mouth about 'unvetted males' like what's your actual problem? Housing? Schools? Health system? Yeah those have been fucked for decades because of wealth inequality under FF/FG?
