DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS
Congress is attempting to fast track KOSA and more than a dozen bills that would restrict internet access, censor speech and increase surveillance under the guise of protecting children.

Committee hearings begin tomorrow.
Lawmakers to consider 19 bills for childproofing the internet
KOSA is back, along with more than a dozen other bills that will erode free speech and privacy in the name of protecting kids.

Some are saying they have been removed now which is great to hear, and I hope everyone continues to send the message that they do not want this.

"And as for the latter argument, that AI will allow more people to realize their dreams? Please. The joy in creating something is in having created it."

Well said, Andrew. Well said.
Over the last month, I've been working on this essay about the use of AI art in board games, "Is This Really What We Want?" Though it is contextually specific, it is also a reflection of my wider thoughts on the use of AI art and writing in creative contexts.

AI generated imagery and text are a threat to what makes board games worthwhile. In this piece, Andrew explains Meeple Mountain’s policy.

The Banana Fish AI dub has been removed!

Make no mistake, they *will* try AI dubs again. Several times. This is by *no* means a "final victory" over AI dubs. Not even close.

It is, however, a win in the sense that it proves pushback *does* work!

If your doctor decided you needed an MRI (indicating concern about something serious) and you claim that you didn't ask why or what part of your body he wanted to look at, you are:

1. Really stupid; or

2. Dangerously detached from reality; or

4. Lying; or

4. All three. 🎯

If immigration judges are neutral and independent as due process requires, then they must be independent from the Executive Branch.

We must move immigration judges from Article II to Article I to provide a check on a lawless administration like this one.
