Please make it the arched window, I watched playschool for ages and I'm convinced that statistically they favoured the round one and totally ignored the arched one..... Justice for arched windows!!!!

Many younger people and new drivers will migrate to EVs, they will just lease whatever is a good deal and meets what they need, they won't care it doesn't have pistons.

There's an easy answer, if he restores freedom of movement then my daughter will happily quit this godforsaken island and go do science somewhere warmer and more welcoming, that will immediately improve the net figures

You are going to have to address the Brexit elephant, yes it will upset a few elderly people but they are lost to reform anyway and younger people shouldn't be carrying this burden. The idiocy of the father are not to be laid upon the children.

Perhaps we should tell them that rising sea levels means small boats will be able to sail up to their front doors, that will get them all excitable

My child will finish HE just before the next election, if reform get in we will not only help fill in applications for overseas jobs but (with tears) pack the suitcase. STEM

Agreed, it's a slow decline while they tax those who didn't want it, in order to try and maintain the living standards of those who did.

I agree, not only does it feel like I'll be asked to pay for other people's mistakes, the government will continue along the same path which will inevitably mean I'll be expected to pay even more in the future
November 10, 2025 at 8:43 AM
I always knew I wasn't really accepted by the reform lot (thankfully) but now I realise it's because my family moved to England in 1066 (yes we can trace it) so I'm a bit foreign

Trying to appeal to a certain type of Telegraph reader who hates EVs?

Trouble is I'm not sure it works, elder members of my family don't agree with 'green policy rubbish' but have solar and EVs as it saves them money, bashing green initiatives may not win votes

Yep, COVID cost my employer £5600 in lost earnings against a £100 jab that may have reduced that to £1400 (depending on how icky I felt)
November 5, 2025 at 3:13 PM
I tend to agree, I didn't get long COVID, just regular COVID and that was 4 days off work (really hit me hard), just in terms of mitigating lost productivity the jab is value for money

Based on my Mother's reading choices, I'd say if another newspaper offered a puzzle section then the DM would lose even more readers

My wife was unable to work while waiting for an operation, once she had surgery she was able to return to work. Her time off work was affected by the waiting list for surgery

Winning the last election was going to be a poisoned chalice for any party as the consequences of earlier decisions and mistakes started to be felt by the country. Attaching blame is fine, understanding the consequences takes time but we need to fix those mistakes

Having just visited one, I can assure you that the octogenarian and generally very nice guests at Warner Hotels will happily vote for him if it means 50p off the bar bill. Their casual dislike of foreigners and young people while being fed and looked after by them is a sight to see
November 3, 2025 at 10:31 PM
So do something about it or risk upsetting both those who voted for it and those who are paying for it

Has he seen property prices, if you have kids you can't afford to live in one of those villages anymore (especially after social housing was sold off). Most villages don't have any kids, just pensioners with dogs

While not taking any credit away from the driver, this is a classic example of excellent teamwork, communications and procedures in action. The response isn't dissimilar to a medical emergency on board, routing the train to where help is available

A quick Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo and he may turn into a coach and four (until midnight at least)

Try visiting Bath, you're lucky to get 4g and even then it's so congested the actual data rate, when averaged over time, is about one Austen book a week

I'll only sign up if I can shoot the other half of my family

We used private for a routine operation, while very good it's basically a conveyor belt, they want you out and if there are minor complications or issues they point you toward the NHS, especially at weekends when they like to close the wards
