that said, i do like the aesthetic placement of your bubbles. i could see them flowing like this. i usually try to avoid overlapping a tail across a body, but i don't think it's a hard & fast rule, and can be an okay tradeoff for an aesthetic bubble flow. as i said, many solutions; i only drew two!

agree to disagree. your example minus the color coding i've done on the characters & their bubbles (most comics use pure bw&w for all text bubbles), reader has no way of telling who is speaking. i'm also personally against the use of cut-in speech bubble tails; i think they're confusing and useless.
