This helped me a lot to deal with all the feelings of adult ADHD diagnosis.
I def do have traits of dyslexia, Autism & some other stuff. I think of neurodiversity as biological brain diversity. It’s not B&W colorful 🌈

Neurodiversity 101: Wrong coloured balls! DO. You can picture someone's challenges as like different coloured and different sized balls in a bucket: Number of balls indicates the severity of the challenge in that area. Some are easier to see! Have to meet a certain level to 'count and get a diagnosis for challenges or meet the criteria for services Different colours indicate different types of challenge, e.g. reading, attention, social, motor, home life, behaviours This system works well for people with a single colour ball = one area of challenge (This system) Fails people with multiple needs or less well identified needs who don't quite meet a criteria = greater support needs 10 coloured single balls on horizontal, only blue balls on vertical make it to diagnosis line. Dyslexia! Here are some reading strategies! 4/6 balls of each color, none makes it to diagnosis- You behaviour is disrupting class- perhaps exclusion is the answer? Are we failing those with cumulative

Just finished my Atos Accessibility team meeting right on time not to miss my train to Brussels which has more than 50min delay.
