In his ruling, Trump-appointed U.S. District Judge Alan Albright wrote, "This Court previously enjoined READER in 2023. Facing the same issues, this Court finds the same result: READER misses the mark on accomplishing its goal and is unconstitutional. "

And just think — everyone who attended their first one today now knows that it’s *not* a “hate America” rally. They might even wonder why they were lied to about that…
