I do, it's basically what I take
It's tirzepatide
I find it has least amount of side effects and works instantly(for me)
W/ no ins, you can get. .25 for $399 a month (or less) thru compound pharm (all the same stuff) I'm at .8 and holding steady for a year
Ain't cheap-but my food bill is nothinglol
