+ unseen veggie and egg drop soup on the stove that looks ugly but tastes good! the beef got a little charred n i forgot the tomato paste but it still tastes good! the salmon was defrosted so it has a little bit of an odor 😞 but there's nothing i can do about that, n it otherwise tastes fine

i made some glass noodle/napa cabbage/tofu concoction with some premade beef bone broth n it was pretty good? a great 30 min or less meal but i ate my noodles too fast n the noodles are not agreeing with me

i couldn't get a really good picture but here she is! i trimmed the fat this time so hopefully it's less greasy. im planning on squeezing some lemon over it when it's time to serve

it wasnt me who fried it but its such a shame my family only started eating this fish when it started getting pricier 😭 missed out on years of cheap fish
