The arm has healed enough to finally go visit the Very Bad Pony, and BAM! Huge snowstorm on the way 🙁. Between 30 and 60 cms apparently. He'll have to wait until Monday I guess.

I was literally just saved by my sister's #dog Ollie. I was out taking a walk when a strange dog charged me very aggressively. Ollie saw what was happening, and violently defended me, chasing the other dog off, and then insisted on escorting me the rest of the way home.

Surgery went well. I still need to get more details on what the recovery period is going to look like, but it looks like I could be driving again in a month. I'm sore, but this is 100 times better than having abdominal surgery which is a VERY nice surprise. This will be much easier than anticipated.

Setting up my recovery station, and I appear to have solved the "how to read with one hand" problem. Gotta make sure I can see those letters from space.

I made delicious parsley pesto! I grew 5 of those monsters and originally thought it was way too much, but between my sister's amazing tabouli and the popularity of this pesto, I will 100% grow this again next year.
