As someone who does not get their garbage service subsidized by Chicago taxpayers because I live in a multi family building, this sounds good to me
The plan being crafted by City Council moderates and conservatives is likely to hold the line on property taxes, but increase the $9.50 a month garbage collection fee that has been frozen since its 2015 inception.
Alternative to Mayor Johnson's budget could entail higher trash collection fee, new package delivery fee

There are places with these in Chicago but only new built or gut renos. I don’t think I’ve seen them installed without being paired with some other huge change to the lot
