No caso do meu ele age como se fosse um aspirador, tudo que se mexe ele põe na boca. Aí minha esposa penteia o cabelo, cai um tufo e ele imediatamente corre atrás e em alguns casos engole.

E a gente tem outra cachorra bem peluda, ele também adora correr atrás dos tufos de pelo que ela larga

Eu nunca vi meu pinscher tão desesperado quanto em um dia que isso aconteceu com ele. Ele passou uns 5 min tentando alcançar o fio com a boca até que deu vontade de fazer cocô de novo e o fio saiu.

E o pior é que acontece regularmente porque ele adora comer cabelo

There are also weird edge cases:
- Beasts that are content to drink just enough blood to survive and instead of attacking towns they'll stalk roads and prey on travelers
- A certain group that worships beasts and keeps them locked up, feeding them blood regularly until they evolve

that can also use magic, has resistance to it, and will take a whole lot of Slayers (or divine intervention) to kill. Scourges are rare-ish, but when they DO happen it's always a disaster and large numbers of Slayers have to mobilize to stop them, or at least slow them down.

Usually this happens by bad luck, they'll appear in a small town and wipe it out, move on to the next, wipe it out too, and with enough time and blood they'll at some point pupate and evolve into what is called a scourge. Which is basically a much bigger and meaner beast (sometimes gigantic) +

Most of the time, those beasts don't last long. They'll die in three days or so without blood (it's to them what water is to us), which means that in isolated areas they're doomed from the start, and on top of that any Slayer can kill them safelyish.
