It has not been judged a crime - but is that the standard we wish to hold each other to? If I murder someone, but am found not guilty in a court of law, then is this “not a crime (in a legal sense)”?

Etymologically (& ignoring b)) it would be nice to retain demos and swap out kratia for the desired field. Practically this would be cumbersome given the varied applications of democratisation…
