I heard great things about this North Van coffee shop, so I went to visit a friend today to grab coffee and was delighted to see the way it was set up with the Mind Flayer on the roof, thinking it was a permanent fixture only to find out it was just a part of their Halloween decorations still up.

Ken Sim, ABC the VPD and the Vancouver billionaire class have been defunding the public while increasing funding to serve their class interests. Meanwhile, people allowed themselves to get swept up in pejorative analysis about how “wokeism” took over the city when many demanded to defund the police.

In our Public Hearing reform work we incl a case on Calgary's Marathon Public Hearing on city-wide Rezoning. We found from Apr 22-May 6 ‘24, the City spent 15 days in a PH on a proposed city-wide rezoning. The hearing cost more than $1.2 mil. How much has Sims 0% budget stunt cost the city already?

Ford was a terrible Mayor who contributed to the mass surveillance and targeting of the Somali community in Toronto after the video of Ford smoking crack was released by young men from the community, leading to more racialized scrutiny of the Somali community then of Ford.

We out here on #halloween where they hold our neighbours in cages, at the Surrey Detention Center, before separating them from their families and deport them. Canada isn’t an exception to the United States, it’s a part of the same exploitative class of entities. No one is illegal, status for all!
