Last time I had to interact with one was when a package didn't get delivered even though I had signed up for not-home-put-at-door-delivery.
(you weren't home etc.)
So of course in mild annoyance I figure:
Oh, there's a customer service chat in the app.
Was an unhelpful bot. I was seething at work.

The chatbots are the absolute most infuriating thing to interact with even for most innocuous things.
