Science fan, anti-vax disliker. ADHD since 1960. Happily retired in Spain. She/her.
I asked her to name on thing that was sold as an alternative treatment by grifters that was later shown by science to be effective, and instead she tried to get me to buy a book about woo.

The best way to deal with pseudoscientific health practices is to be informed, honest, and forthright about them.

Unambiguous exposés of quackery will inevitably appear rude to some people and hurt some feelings.

This is a fact of adult life.

Sure, but when you cure something in a way everyone doesn't believe, the cure makes you care less about the believing.
Condemning alternative medicine doesn't improve peoples' faith in western medicine, it just makes practitioners outcasts.

Well, this is unpleasant.
Transsexuals don't have the same rights as women. So, there is no stripping.
Transsexuals 'pass', so the spaces you're so desperate to use, you probably can unnoticed. Doesn't entitle you to women's rights. Legally, you are covered under the Gender Recognition Act...

Also a category that includes his mother, paternal grandparents, and two of his three wives. But of course that's different, because neither he nor de facto President Miller actually care about immigration as such. They care about racism, and it's a farce to concede the pretense it's anything else.
Trump makes the outrageous claim that “most” immigrants, which include over 25 million U.S. citizens, “are on welfare, from failed nations, or from prisons, mental institutions, gangs, or drug cartels.”

As insulting as the “deplorables” comment, and on Thanksgiving day no less.
