I received a question on Tumblr about the origin of the term "The Dreamfaders", which Waiohana (the sharkfolk) used in the past to refer to humans in the story, and I was inspired to do a few things.

Basking sharks are called ウバザメ・Ubazame in Japanese. One of my favorite sharks! They're big filter feeding bois that sometimes like to launch themselves out of the water. I hope they have fun when they do that.
