Been there, but fortunately at another point in time! Hopefully the berms continue to hold.
Update: drone photos from Vilhelm Gunnarsson shows that lava has reached the Blue Lagoon parking lot and has engulfed the temporary service building in the lot.

To reiterate: the lagoon itself is behind the berms and they are holding. There is no danger to life or other infrastructure currently.

It's 101 years since the birth of astronaut Alan B. Shepard Jr (18 November 1923 - 21 July 1998) - the first American to travel into space on 5 May 1961. His was a 15-minute suborbital flight. Ten years later, he walked on the Moon as commander of the Apollo 14 mission. (NASA images.)
