The tea-dance that Lil and Tony went to is held in the ballroom (with the sprung floor), £60pp.

I had 4 unrequested pieces of post this morning. One flier from Specsavers, a publicity leaflet from a care home, another flier from a will-writing company and a publicity letter from Pure Cremations.
I’m not sure what to make of all that!

My daughter took Huggy, the polar bear she was given at birth, to uni and he even attended her wedding wearing appropriate black trousers, pink waistcoat and bow tie!

Friends own this one and I stayed for a couple of nights. It’s nicely finished and fairly upmarket with 3 bedrooms and a decent bathroom but there’s no escape from each other. Amber will loathe it after a few days.

Rose ‘Aqua’ doing its beautiful thing.
Part of the Victory Bouquet presented to all gold, silver and bronze medallists at the London 2012 Summer Olympics. They were ‘left-overs’ sold off after the Games. The other three roses bloom a bit later. #Gardening

I think the dishes are in the loft so here’s an eBay pic of them. Half an avo per dish with a dollop of mayo on top. The height of 80s’ decadence!
