I feel like staging today feels evolved less conceptually and more in terms of raw power and screens.
If the artistry of Floyd's staging has evolved at the same pace as technological capacity, I can't even imagine what we'd be looking at today.

If he's continuing to complain that I decided I didn't care to deal with his disingenuity, that's certainly a choice. I don't think he's a person with whom conversation has any further point. He should move on.

Last night someone was like "history is irrelevant, tell me how banning misgendering could possibly be weaponizrd against us"
I said ok, TX says trans people don't exist and referring to students by anything other than sex assigned at birth is discriminatory harassment.
Wasn't good enough for em 🤷

I literally said in that thread, if you bothered to read it which you may not have, that I don't ask her to agree with me.
I just want her to not say maliciously false things like that I *want* more dead trans kids.

They have reliably informed me that those things are only hypotheticals so they don't matter because it's more important to Do Something.
Seemingly unaware of the long history of those things coming to pass, and the fact that once they do it's already too late by their own deed.
