Ard is usually pretty unshakeable but he gets fucked up by seaweed. the feel of it on his skin makes him shudder like crazy.
Leif is terrified of mushrooms even when cooked. It's always a fun time when he has to procure some to use in medicines (he will complain the whole time)

Ard lives for food and it's one of his biggest motivators. He is very skilled at preparing it, but is terrible at gathering and finding the right ingredients. Luckily for him, El is amazing at it and finds everything for him.
His favourite thing to make is anything with a meat and TONS of spices
