I'm making an extremely indulgent and hopefully hard-hitting dramedy romance about a giant grumpy cyborg and the ADHD goblin that completely undoes him.

Ansel Dune, a cyborg and ex-special ops soldier, sits on the ground next to Ren, a disarmingly average gal. Ren: Can... I look at your arm? Ansel: My arm? Why? Ren: Hello? They shot you! She gets up on her knees and scolds him. Ren: I heard those bullets hit, Dune. Somebody's gotta make sure you're not hurt. Ansel holds his arm out to her. Ansel: I'm not. See for yourself. A silent beat as the intimacy of the moment sinks in and Ren looks up at him from beyond the shadow of his massive, metal arm.
