Costco frozen angus burgers and Costco seasoned fries. Bacon, avocado, grilled onions all added. It’s 80 in November so we’re enjoying a BBQ while trying to ignore climate change

Chicken biryani, eaten with naan and yogurt. Really danged good and pretty easy, all things considered. Takes an hour but prep isn’t much.

Pork chops have been a bane of mine for a while - they always come out dry and tough whenever I make them. This recipe for Parmesan/panko crusted pork chops with lemon basil sauce though was pretty good. Using thick cut chops definitely helped

For transparency sake I’ll post the quick dinners too. Slow cooked some chicken breast, “cool ranch chicken,” and put it in a quesadilla with leftover rice and refried beans. Good and filling on short notice.
