I don’t know how we put another feast together relatively calmly, but we did. Also the turkey and coquito were in a different fridge, so not all was lost.

Tonight was ground turkey chili done “over the top” style: whole thing done in the smoker, meat first smoked as a massive meatball directly over the pot before crushing & mixing in (then smoking further). Served w/ blue cornbread. #FoodSky
