I don’t know how we put another feast together relatively calmly, but we did. Also the turkey and coquito were in a different fridge, so not all was lost.

The streak of someone saying it was the best turkey they’ve ever had continues. Brine & smoker. Brine. And. Smoker.

I’ve negotiated our Thanksgiving menu to the smallest it’s been in years (Jen & I travel but do the cooking). We’ll see how many things get added by the end.

Using AI to compensate for lack of skill.  Not knowing where data you put into AI is kept and used. Not understanding how AI content is generated. Over-reliance on AI for expedience, without verification. Not questioning whether task needs human judgment instead.
