It’s pretty crazy but I think I’ve been in serious state of major burnout for the last 2-3 years. I felt inadequate in my life and job because whenever I would take ‘rest’ it always feels like I could never recover.

I just found out that it could take 3 months to a year to recover from burnout. 🥲

I’m overcome with a wave of anxiety over my job and applying for another job suddenly as I’m about to enter a meeting for work. Lmfaoooo. 😂
