My partner had chicken pox twice, his mom got a very bad case of shingles and he's immunocompromised, so we got him shot #1 early and of course, he had a reaction, like swelling and fever, but we were able to get steroids to calm it down and we're going for shot #2 this month. Shingles is way worse.

Ok, just read up. Avoid and apparently he owns the floatation pod things at Float Nola, sounds like a total weirdo scammer. He has websites with he'll design floats with other people's work pictured. Wow. Well, he'll spend $30k on permits and that will probably end it.

When the market was crazy down here, I used to get postcards and phone calls asking me to sell, but it wasn't for an active buyer and they were looking for people to sell low because there was a market shortage. Now we're in opposite times.

If they have an interested buyer or if they're offering you market value, otherwise they may just be hunting for clients.
Friends here have sold to interested buyers when their house was not on the market. But if you do that, get your own agent to represent you.

So they have currently changed and aren't allowing it right now like before. The issue is you would become stateless and they could send you anywhere.

For my Italian citizenship that I still do not have, I collected documents over 5 years. The key issue is that many our ancestors never naturalized because it wasn't a thing. You didn't have to renounce your citizenship in order to become a us citizen.
