Is this why the FBI can’t find the shooter? Why nobody is in custody?

Maybe I shouldn’t share this, but the post is too interesting not to pass up. Seems like the same guy (in sunglasses) was present in Butler, PA for Trump’s attempted assassination and yesterday, he was observed apparently making hand signals while standing close to Charlie Kirk.
