Tooth abscess is worst pain in world until they kill nerve. I've had all but one of molars root treated in 30s/40s (its genetic) & 20 years later 3 different implants in same teeth. So yep, it's expensive. I paid in instalments (no interest). Exhausting until fixed. Free dental care for all pls
