Take finances... Labours commitment of £3.4bn over 2 years in the budget will not even cover the Warm Homes plan as it stands, let alone a doubling of it in the same period. Even with the extra £13.7bn committed in Labours manifesto, it still wouldn’t suffice 💸

Looking at the current ecosystem, the scale of change needed to deliver these levels of uptake of insulation (both public and privately-funded) is astronomic.
