I was very glad to present preliminary results from the REACH Project at the XXVI Congresso Brasileiro de Economia (26th National Conference in Economics), held in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul. This state has been severely affected by flooding in 2024, with 70% of its municipalities affected.
