There’s a separate axis now. Fight tooth and nail against authoritarianism or act like it’s business as usual. I’m with the ones fighting for democracy. We can argue over tax rates later.

That’s easy to say in some places. Buildable area in Seattle is pretty much maxed out in town and you literally hit a massive hill or water when you move outward. Both water and hills get bigger the further you go too.
