We are issuing a warning about a worsening climate for free press in this country, driven by a right-wing campaign of anti-media threats. The public cannot become informed about the problems facing our country and the efforts to improve or worsen them without robust protections for journalism.

We were seeing a 98% drop in exposure over on Twitter. The censorship was so extreme we thought it best to start over somewhere else. We chose Bluesky.

Trump is still running all his businesses while selling random junk. He has a publicly traded company, and he can easily be bribed. He once again will be in violation of the Constitution day 1. Corporate media should do their damn jobs and focus on it, instead of sanewashing him and his nominees.

I became less and less active on social media after 2020.

I thought I was just burned out after how intensely active I was b4 the 2020 election.

Now, I think it was just because Twitter was sucking more and more. Bluesky has reminded me how good social media can be when it isn’t a toxic snakepit.

I can’t tell you how different it is on X now after so many people have left. I have always followed mostly right-wing accounts because I cover them, and they are running out of people to pick fights with. So they’re just mostly fighting with each other.

America would be a much better place if SOME people would stop freaking out over WHO we love, WHICH bathroom we use, and WHAT we do with our bodies.

It is nobody's fucking business but OURS.
