Might be a Linux issue but upscaling cannot be turned off leading to horrible visual noise on roads and car paint. Frame pacing is sickening its damn near close to Perfect Dark N64 in Hi Def mode.
I also swear frame generation is forced on at 60 as well due to the ghosting and input lag.

I still personally think TXR0 stands on top, I also wish multibattles were more common and that the BP requirement for cars after chapter 5 was removed. But it doesn't detract that this is an excellent racer crafted with love and care and I just feel happy I had the pleasure of experiencing it.

TXR25 is simply pure fun that brings intrinsic value. Mastering your machine at high speed, thinking five steps ahead the second you flash your lights, the breath of relief when victory comes... Its an addicting cycle capturing the mechanical joy given by fifth/sixth generation titles

I beat Tokyo Xtreme Racer and I'm sad that it's over. It's a game that's so confident in its gameplay loop that it doesn't need to egg you on to keep playing, you just WANT to. Every corner every runoff is ingrained in your mind by the end. It's the best balanced of the series
