The best action plan:

- Ship fast
- Listen deeply
- Iterate more

Everything else is procrastination with a fancy name.

“Just make a $27 digital product and sell it 1,000 times.”

Sounds easy.

But they never talk about:

- Building an audience
- Crafting a sales page
- Handling payments
- Creating trust
- Mastering content

Solopreneurship isn’t a shortcut.

It’s a commitment to true freedom.

Best way to solve problems? Build.

Best way to learn faster? Build.

Best way to stay motivated? Build.

Best way to stand out? Build.

Best way to grow? Build.

There’s no substitute for momentum.

Solopreneurs don’t wait.

We create.

If your business stops when you stop working, you don't own a business.

You own an expensive hobby that pays you minimum wage.

Build assets.

Nobody wakes up thinking about your product.

They wake up thinking about their problems.

Sell solutions to problems they're already losing sleep over.

Three questions that separate winners from dreamers:

- What did I ship last week?
- What did I learn from real users?
- What am I testing next?

Shipping beats planning. Always

You're not behind. You're just in Stage 1.

Every solopreneur moves through 3 stages.

The overwhelm you feel isn't failure.

It's growth.

Every successful solopreneur you admire started exactly where you are.

Scared. Unsure. No guarantees.

The difference?

They shipped anyway.

Most creators fail because they overcomplicate everything.

Here's my dead-simple system that keeps me going:

- One inbox for all ideas (Notion)
- Fixed writing block
- 2 posts/week minimum
- 3-5 notes daily
- Weekly welcome email (Tuesdays)

Simple systems > motivation.

Two paths:

1. Chase every opportunity and burn out
2. Pick one lane and dominate it

Option two is boring.

Option two also builds wealth.

Your time is worth $100, $500, or $1,000+ per hour.

So why are you doing $10/hour tasks?

Delegate. Automate. Delete.

Protect your leverage.

Building in public isn't about showing perfection.

It's about showing progress.

People buy from humans who ship. Not from ghosts who plan.

Most digital products flop because people try to sell everything.

Start with one of these high-demand formats and go deep:

• Templates
• Toolkits
• Mini courses
• Swipe files
• Notion systems
• Prompt packs
• Workbooks
• Checklists
• Email sequences
• Playbooks

Pick one. Master it.

You don't need more information.

You need:

- A decision
- A deadline
- A commitment

Stop researching. Start executing.

The myth: You need a big audience to make money.

The truth: You need a specific message for a specific problem.

1,000 right people beat 100,000 random followers.

Most creators fail because they only sell one thing.

Smart solopreneurs build a ladder:

- Entry product ($10-50): Low risk, builds trust
- Mid-tier guide ($100-200): Solves deeper problems
- Premium system ($500+): Complete transformation
- Done-with-you ($1k+): Personal support

The 3 assets every solopreneur must build:

Audience (attention)

Systems (leverage)

Products (income)

Everything else is noise.

5 signs you’re an introvert:

– Canceling plans feels like a reward
– Small talk drains, deep talk fuels
– You rehearse before phone calls
– Weekends alone > parties
– You’re social… until your battery dies

That’s me! 🤣🤣

Nano Banana Banana!

Learn to structure your prompts like a cinematographer or art director by defining core ideas, using detail buckets (lighting, mood, camera angles), leveraging camera language, and specifying text rendering requirements.

Broke solopreneurs: "I'll build this, then sell it."

Thriving solopreneurs: "I'll sell this, then build it."

Pre-selling validates demand and funds development.

Risk eliminated.

Most solopreneurs optimize for revenue.

I optimize for profit per hour worked.

$10K with 20 hours beats $15K with 60 hours.

Time is the real scoreboard.
