Windows is so broken I don't even know why I even bother using it anymore. This kind of crap is a daily occurrence for me.

Delete operation stalls, try to cancel... explorer.exe crashes. Open Task Manager... it stalls too. Wtf am I even supposed to do here other than go nuclear?

Picked up a couple OLED Steam Decks. Bigger than I had imagined!

Feels well-built but first boot took forever with no progress bar. Thought it was a lemon but the OS finally loaded.

Here's another fun little TypeScript Builder pattern trick you can use if you want to require a specific execution order on its methods using the "Pick" utility type. While the generated JS is fine, tsc will yell at you.

class Builder {
private constructor() {}

static create(): Pick<Builder, 'step1'> {
return new Builder();
}

step1(): Pick<this, 'step2'> {
console.log('step 1');
return this;
}

step2(): void {
console.log('step 2');
}
}

// ✅
Builder.create().step1().step2();

// 🚫
Builder.create().step2();
// Property 'step2' does not exist
// on type 'Pick<Builder, "step1">'.

What y'all think of this async builder pattern? I kinda like it. A nice mix of async/await and .then() syntax.
