Not sure if you plan to binge multiple early seasons, but when you get to Season 6, oh boy there’s one man that makes all of the men in Season 1 look normal. And it will be very obvious. 😬

Very ironic too from Sophie because I think Jawan was one of a few people Sophie may have a chance to beat.

#DWTS, please don’t pull this next season. This was basically spoiling who would go to the end and who could probably win.

It’s why I had a hard time being excited towards a lot of them and was more excited with Elaine, Danielle, Dylan, Jordan and heck, even Andy! I felt like those people had such an uphill climb to reach the same popularity as a Robert, Alix and Whitney. And of course all three were great dancers #DWTS

And it’s not surprising the final two were the two that were announced the earliest. I don’t remember #DWTS announcing individuals that early. It’s one thing to be preannounced a week or two before the actual reveal. It’s much different to be preannounced MONTHS prior.

There was so much time that Robert, Alix and others if they wanted to (and they may have although I’m not sure they did) could take ballroom lessons. How would that be fair especially to celebs that were last minute additions, like Lauren? #DWTS

Having that information out there brought more buzz to the show, yes, but also to them specifically—which getting your name out early and often was a huge advantage.

Also, I should mention Hilaria Baldwin was also announced around two weeks before the announced cast #DWTS

… and I think they just had to make sure for at least for this vote that they were safe. My takeaway is more “why couldn’t the five of them figure out a way to make Rizo use his idol” instead of “Why did Rizo fool Jawan and Sage”.
November 23, 2025 at 12:47 AM
…that it would be the case. My gut feeling is that Jawan/Sage really wanted to flush the idol but there were differing opinions on how to split it and there was not a path to properly do so according to Jawan/Sage. I could be wrong in this, but I don’t believe they were fooled by Rizo…

But I guess my point is if the five of them couldn’t come to a consensus on how to properly split the vote, then someone(s)in the five is going to have to look in a different direction because they don’t want to be the one to go out. I know Alex’s name was thrown out, but they can’t 100% sure…

But would Steven and Kristina be ok to sacrifice Alex in this situation? I thought those three were really tight. I can’t see Steven/Kristina being ok with allowing Alex going if Rizo played his idol.

To guarantee their safety, J/S worked with the rest of Uli and because Uli worked hard to get Alex out and J/S didn’t have that strong of a connection with Alex (according to Alex’s exit press), it made more sense to vote with them so they both could survive another round. That’s my take #Survivor49

My read on the situation: Jawan and Sage were extremely nervous about their position when Savannah won immunity and saw how Sophie flipped to Uli. They couldn’t convince the rest of Hina not to split the votes because they wanted to flush Rizo’s idol. J/S knew Hina was a sinking ship… #Survivor49

If they don’t believe you, then you’re stuck with a plan that is guaranteed to fail. So either you have to either hope that Uli and Sophie doesn’t target you (huge risk from people you don’t trust) or you have to work with them to guarantee you stay this round. #Survivor49
