These kinds of posts are usually pretty vapid and performative, but read them out loud and they're staccato and rhythmic and flow in a really unique way.

Here's a fun example of Algorhythmic Verse in practice, taking a well-known poem and refactoring it:

This was my brain as I was processing this flavor:

I get one of those scammer texts every once in a while, and usually they're just dumb like "hello" or "where are we meeting for lunch?"

I was not prepared for how... existentially dread-laden this would be.

What's the German word for that specific feeling of satisfaction you get when you find an inexpensive paint pen that writes REALLY clearly and nicely on a strange (but cool) coverstock that your fresh Field Notes uses, when regular ink or graphite doesn't show up very well at all?
