Worth remembering that freezing fuel duty, which could well happen again, costs about 30x more than the cycle to work scheme per year.
I took three main things from the session itself:
- The built environment plays a huge role in how much we all move.
- The importance of strength and balance was made very clear (cc @strongerwithage.bsky.social)
- The need for whole-system approaches (there's no silver bullet).
