Yes, that's right. But presumably they have to have all of the comments before they respond. They have ours, certainly, but there must be other comments in the DOE queue that require a response.

Maybe DOE sent the comments to them before posting them.

I heard they got thousands of comments, so I wonder why they're moving so slowly. This must have implications for the inevitable response from the Climate Working Group, but I don't know what those implications are.

A check of the web page (www.regulations.gov/docket/DOE-H...) shows they've only posted 351 comments. Most were posted in Aug., with the last batch posted on Oct. 7.
