When does the clock on the statue of limitation for collections start? I know each state has different amounts of time, but is it when a collections agency buys the debt or from date of issue?

No due process, majority have nothing to do with Hamas. Most probably were not alive during the last election or old enough to vote.
Remember the Palestinians are Christians, Jews and Muslims. This is about money and power and control of resources.
