Atheist in WI. Neither liberal nor conservative. I believe if they're not harming others, endangering others or imposing their will on others, leave them alone. Resisting the U.S. regime at all costs. The only power they have is that which we give them.
I have little doubt they didn't slap him on the ass when he came out - they beat him over the head with an ugly stick.

Not really - here in Wisconsin professional licensing is only used to generate revenue. Security guards for example, require no actual training unless they're armed, but they DO require license renewal every other August - even if you got a new license in July.

"those that hate steal, murder and destroy everything that America stands for" won't be here long? So Trump's admitting he & this regime are leaving? I can't wait until he's out of our country. THEN he'll be making America great - or at least better then it was - again.

This is how I feel about it too. I'm not going to boycott for a couple of days, I will do everything I can to avoid a business I'm boycotting like the plague. Once I boycott a place, I'm done - permanently. If places like Target or Walmart change ownership (unlikely) I'll consider going back.

Graham is a coward who will do the bidding of those who promise not to expose to the whole world what the whole world already knows about him. In my opinion he is one of the dumbest people to ever walk the Earth and his supporters are even dumber.

It's the legal system that refers to the body of law that defines the structure, powers & limits of the government. Our Constitutional legal system is supposed to limit the GOVERNMENT not the people. Our current political party based legal system limits only the lower 95% of the people.

Mike Flynn is a disgrace and should be in prison for violating his Oath to the Constitution. If anyone should be investigated for sedition, it's that fuck!

The republican party is finished as a political party. If there are elections & they aren't rigged, the GOP getting 30% of the actual vote is unrealistic & most won't vote for them otherwise. If they are rigged, the GOP isn't a political party anymore - it's front for money laundering.

They don't speak up because they're comfortable and don't want to lose their comfort zones. There once was a time when The Washington Post actively took on the White House - now they kiss their asses. Of course there once was a time when Americans wouldn't tolerate Nazis too, but...

"They"? You really need to grow up. You missed my point (not surprising) and apparently can't read. You're applying 1984-87 law to pre-1984 reality. There WERE certain obligations that went out the window with the fairness doctrine. Take your childish name calling & willful ignorance somewhere else.

You sit down & learn to read - FOR CONTEXT - FNC was still subject to the FCC & most of the trash they spew wasn't allowed until the late 80's - when the fairness doctrine was done away with. Don't forget that they got & kept their licenses through the FCC.

2/2While facts were not implicitly required, it was clear the FCC did expect them & COULD regulate their speech in the public interest. All of that changed when they did away with the fairness doctrine & decided expecting FACTS was no longer in the public interest.

1/2 YOU might want to take a seat or look up what the actual ruling - while the fairness doctrine did not "require facts" per se, SCOTUS did rule that free speech rights COULD be "partially restricted by the FCC to maintain the public interest in equitable use of scarce broadcasting frequencies".
