It's a little difficult to hear, but they are continuing to talk about the change in cash flow. Some committee members are also asking for help understanding the charts.

Most of the training was delayed and not forecasted in that years budget, there was a gap. It's a timing issue.

Now discussing recidivism. Looking to increase diversions. Want to get Crisis Stabilization Unit diversions. These diversions are less likely to be hospitalized, more appropriate services. After targeting this population, diversions have increased and admissions have decreased.

Working on increasing CRSP notifications, and tracking whether CRSP notifications occurred and what claims occurred after. CRSP notifications lead to more outpatient claims.

PIHIP Crisis Services report: 2 managers, 4 clinical specialists, 15 dispatchers. Oversee different crisis services. Work in emergency departments, discharge planning, psych units, PAR preadmission dispatchers.

They are working more on completing crisis plans for ACT members. There are 385 current plans, with 177 out of date. Phillips asks about total encounters to reconcile with the "after 5" encounters.

After a little back and forth, the answer is no.

Performed ACT fidelity review, "very good" numbers. Pre-admission reviews are now provided by ACT providers at a much higher rate. ACT members who are facing crises after 5 pm are facing waits, but she says the numbers are improving.
