Friday inspiration

Has anyone published something and never heard back until the editor tells you it was published?! I submitted a chapter back in January, kind of forgot about it, last week the editor sent me a copy of the book. It was with Routledge so it’s a legitimate press but not even any proofreading?

HPU is hiring in our history, humanities and intl studies dept, open rank. Candidate will work in the MA Diplomacy and Military studies as well as BA History and possibly PSCI/IS depending on background. Preference for diplomatic history specialization.
